Shipping

Standard Delivery Fees are as follows;

Shipping is charged at £4.99 on all orders to mainland UK destinations only.


For Orders over £75 it's FREE.

​

Once received your order will be processed on the next working day on a 24 hour service with DHL.  DHL has high fulfilment rates with approximately 95% of shipments making it to their destination within 24 hours of collection. Almost all parcels will reach their destination within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed for longer please do contact us and we will liaise with DHL to fix the issue for you.

Isle of Man, Guernsey and other Zone C and D locations

​

Regrettably we do not deliver to the following postcodes designated Zones C and D with DHL. 

​

Zone C: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49 to PH50 & Northern Ireland

Zone D: HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man & Channel Islands

Scotland

Please note the following postcodes that we deliver to in Scotland. These are those designated Zone B with DHL.

DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19 & PH1 to PH3

Please be aware that your specification on Biltong, Drywors or Snapticks may impact the delivery time. This is due to the fact these products require drying time to reach your specification. We usually have lots of stock but the popularity of these items can lead to short periods of lag so please allow for 5 days with these products as they may require extra drying time. Stock is usually available so we expect to process these items far quicker on the majority of orders, but if it's a little longer we promise it's worth the wait!

Descriptions of the condition of Biltong, Drywors and Snapsticks are processed in accordance with our understanding of these terms. If you like it super fatty or super lean, please send us a short email to request this.

​

If an item is unavailable for any reason we will call you and offer an alternative or refund.

 

Orders Containing Fresh Meat Products

​

Due to the perishable nature of Fresh Meat Products please take some time to read the delivery indications below.

 

All our Fresh Meat Products are delivered by DHL on a 24-48 hour delivery service. So once they've collected your parcel from us it should be with you within 48 hours.

 

In order to get the Meat to you Fresh we use Ice Packs and Insulated Foil Packaging designed to keep the temperature of the Meat suitably cool.

 

Due to the logistics around Fresh Meat Delivery all orders received after 11:00am on a Friday will be processed the following Monday when we open for business. Should you wish to have Meat in time for the weekend please do try order on or before a Wednesday. 

​

Please only place an order if you are going to be able to receive the parcel. DHL may try to deliver to your neighbour if you're not around but it's not guaranteed, and your order may be returned to the depot.   We do not accept responsibility for missed delivery attempts. 

​

Saturday Delivery

 

Orders containing Fresh meat that are placed between Thursdays at noon and Fridays by 11am will be sent on a Saturday Delivery service. Please note that DHL does not guarantee they will deliver all parcels by the Saturday so there is a risk that your parcel will be delivered on a Monday. Ordering in this window is entirely at your own risk.

Orders Containing Chips/Crisps (and soft packaged items)

 

Please note that chips/crisps (or similarly packaged items) do not travel well with heavier items. Please be advised that orders of chips or cereals/porridge are at your own risk due to the fact that there are no guaranteed shipping options to prevent damage to their packaging. Should you wish to include these please be advised there is a risk of the goods being crushed or packets opening. This is increased if heavy/hard items are part of the same order. We will of course attempt to place the goods in as effective a manner as possible within the constraints of physical science. 
 

Chips

Returns

Please e-mail admin@sawarehouse.co.uk to manage your return. Please note refunds/cancellations are at the discretion of our team and are dependent on the nature of the product and the condition thereof. For meat products returns will not be processed due to health and safety.

 

In the event of a refund being given, SA Warehouse may still need to charge for the delivery of your order unless there is a defect with the product. 

​

In the event of any damage to orders, please submit photographic evidence of all damage as compensation, if granted at our discretion, will only be given for the items for which this has been provided.
